Welcome to the Aircrew Study website ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Authorized Use Only

This platform is intended solely for current and former United States Air Force personnel and other authorized individuals studying unclassified aircrew systems knowledge. By using the Service, you affirm that you are authorized to access this content and will not share it with unauthorized individuals.

2. Classification Restrictions

Under no circumstances may users upload, share, or create flashcards containing classified information, sensitive compartmented information (SCI), or controlled unclassified information (CUI) exceeding the level of "Unclassified // For Official Use Only (FOUO)."

Any material suspected of violating classification or operational security (OPSEC) will be permanently removed and reported to appropriate authorities. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the content they upload or access complies with all applicable DoD security and information handling policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload or distribute content containing classified, sensitive, or protected information;
Allow unauthorized users to access your account or view protected materials;
Use the Service for any unlawful or non-educational purpose;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the functionality of the Service or its database.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, including but not limited to graphics, layouts, and original study content, is the property of the Service owner unless otherwise attributed. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content outside the intended educational scope of the platform.

5. Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. Severe violations involving classified or sensitive content may be reported to your command and/or applicable federal authorities.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service is a peer-driven study platform. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, no guarantee is made regarding the correctness of flashcard content. Users should verify all critical knowledge through official Air Force training systems and publications.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
